Behringer usb windows 10 audio driver3/31/2024 It's first day now with no audio dropouts or BSOD. What works best for now is to unistall driver, and installĪfter many windows tweaks, i managed to solve the problem. Upgrade tool from win7 to win10H2 shows that all hardware is compatible, and it actually upgrades smoothly.Īny other ideas Sharp? i can't think anything else that could actually help. So it's not a hardware failure like windows10 says when it's kernel crashes on bsod. Rolling back to win7 will work everything ok (tested too), Using 96khz,causes problems, especially while using Studio One,44.1 works better for some reason. Unistalling and reinstalling drivers once again very carefully,no change. Tried using firewire instead of usb, same problems. I am afraid this can't explain why the same cable works on win7but not on win10H2.Īnyway,i gave it a try,i changed it,same problems. In order to get back to being able to use a long cable, I purchased an active USB cable. I found for my setup a 2 Meter cable gave me issues, so I verified this by using a very short cable and my issues went away. (exept just now, when one more bsod happened while typing this message)Īre you running through a long USB cable? I also tried various compatible modes,no luck.Ĭlean install of windows10 gives the same or even more problems.Īt least most of BSOD problems dissapeared somehow Yeah, i am usingV6.13, i even did a clean install of windows7,installed the drivers, tested for a week or more, then upgraded to original latest windows10,then problems started. Have you checked if you are using the latest Win10 Drivers? I have tried varius fixes with no luck so far. It works great on windows7,but if upgrade to windows10H2 (19042.746),īSOD happens too, pointing to possibly hardware failure from time to time, but my guess is that my Behringer driver ,along withmy TP-link ethernet driver causes the problems. Here is the long version with potential work-arounds if all else fails. WINDOWS SEARCH > type CMD press CTL+SHFT+ENTER to enter it as an elevated command. Then run both of these CMD processes, one at a time (paste the command line and hit enter):ĭISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth The purpose is to repair windows registry errors: Either way, you can see the Behringer drivers places then select those drivers, and your sound should work.ĭownload the 2.8.40 drivers here: The process you must complete is found at the link I'll stick at the end, with more details, but here is the easy version. However for FL Studio, I heard you might still need audio settings to use FL Studio ASIO, which are the default. After more searching I found this process (described below) which once finished, allowed me to install the Behringer 2.8.40 drivers and now you can properly see Behringer USB driver option in your DAW and in Windows Sound Setting (access by right click your speaker icon in bottom right task bar). I found the 2.8.40 Behringer drivers suggested (among many others) but when I tried to install them I got a 0x0005 fail to install error. The ASIO4ALL drivers wouldn't work for me. I am sharing this for all you to get this process into google search. After SEVEN hours of searching I have gotten the UMC22 to function in windows 10 and it's easy now.
